1. Submit your ticket along with a copy of the lottery claim form.
2. Ensure the ticket is intact and not damaged.
3. Attach a government-recognized photo ID and passport-sized photographs with the claim form.
4. Please note that tampered or mutilated tickets will not be accepted.

The State Government authorizes the distributor to pay prizes up to ₹10,000 to winners through the respective distributor/agents/seller.

For claims above ₹10,000, you must submit your claim to the Director, Government of Nagaland, or the Nodal Office in the respective states within 30 days from the draw date. Include the original winning ticket, duly signed by the prize winner, and other required documents to receive the payment within 60 days.
